In this 1.5-hour immersive workshop, explore how Arabica beans are grown, processed, roasted, and brewed. Create and taste your very own cup of freshly roasted coffee. Begin at Twin Beans Farm, located on the outskirts of Da Lat, a region known for its fertile volcanic soil and ideal climate for growing premium Arabica coffee. The moment you arrive, feel the crisp air, smell the green coffee trees, and hear the gentle hum of the highlands. Meet your local host and receive a warm introduction to the world of Vietnamese Arabica — its story, cultivation, and unique flavor profiles. Walk through the coffee garden to see how the cherries are nurtured, harvested, and processed. If you visit during the harvest season (usually November to January), you may even get the chance to pick and sort ripe coffee cherries yourself. Next comes the highlight: the roasting workshop. With guidance from the Twin Beans team, learn how to control heat, timing, and aroma while roasting your own batch of beans. The smell of coffee fills the air as you listen for that satisfying first “crack” — the moment when green beans transform into golden brown perfection.
