Your culinary experience will begin at 5:00PM, at which point your guides will pick you up from your hotel or other preferred place. From here your first stop will be to a rooftop bar, where you can enjoy a beer while immersed in the picturesque sunset. Then our group will move to a weapons cellar where once built for the rangers to hide and use this same basement to attack the independence palace in 1968. and here we will reward Vietnamese traditional saigon beer. Following that, you will stop at Nguyen Thien Thuat Street. This place has been very well integrated, containing residents from many different parts of Vietnam. For this reason its cuisine is both thoroughly fascinating and diverse. Following this, you will take a short walk to explore and understand more about the lifestyle of local people and the area's history, as well as many other stories about the building. You will then continue on driving to the biggest flower market in Saigon. Almost all kinds of flowers which are sold here are from various parts of Vietnam, and this market also the famous wholesale market of Ho Chi Minh City. we will enjoy grilled rice paper with lots of toppings like baby shrimp, pork, green onions, cheese and eggs. After that we will enjoy grilled meat skewers, along with local beer. Your next stop will be a craft beer local pub where you will taste the tropical fruits beers from Viet Nam which is unique beers brewed with strange and freaky names as your guides share with you their craft stories. Right here, you will witness the way Vietnamese people taste beer, and will also be introduced to some of the favorite beer brands in Vietnam. Your last stop is always a favorite, as your stop by a very local restaurant where you will enjoy many kinds of foods such as brine shrimp with a variety of local spices, steamed squid with onion and ginger, and enjoy typical Vietnamese local beers. After that, Our guide will take you back your hotel to finish the tour.
