You can eat with locals, enjoying home-cooked food with 'Mama No'. She was born in Hue, an old capital of Vietnam which is famous for its unique cuisine. Mama Nở is not a professional chef, but is certainly passionate about food and has a large knowledge about Vietnamese cuisine and culture. Born in Hue (the food capital of Vietnam) and brought up in a traditional Hue way, she’s a traditional Vietnamese woman who knows how to cook perfect Vietnamese dishes. Before Vietnam Liberation Day (1975), she was an English teacher for 5 years, before she got married and moved to Hoi An. After two decades of selling street food for a living, Mama decided to become a host for home cooked meals for travelers.
