If the customer does not show up within 120 minutes from the planned arrival time, it is required to prepare and send the documents to register a no-show case; Example: planned arrival time is 14:00, in case of a flight delay by 40 minutes - the driver has to wait for 90 minutes from 14:30 In case of the early arrival of the flight, the waiting period starts from the scheduled flight arrival.
