Discover the stunning natural beauty and cultural richness of northern Vietnam with the Ambassador Signature Cruise, offering a luxurious and immersive journey through both Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. Lan Ha Bay is renowned for its tranquil, unspoiled waters, offering a peaceful alternative to the more tourist-frequented Ha Long Bay. In September 2023, the 45th World Heritage Committee expanded the UNESCO World Heritage designation of Ha Long Bay to include the Cat Ba Archipelago, officially recognizing Lan Ha Bay as a World Heritage Site. Day 1: 09:00 – Depart from Hanoi Tower in a comfortable 11-seater limousine bound for Ha Long Bay. Hotel pick-up available if you're staying in the Old Quarter (advance notice required). 11:00 – 11:45 – Arrive at the Ambassador Lounge for check-in. Your luggage will be tagged and later delivered to your cruise cabin door. 11:45 – 12:30 – Transfer via a company-operated speedboat from the International Port Pier to board the Ambassador Signature Cruise. 12:30 – 12:45 – Welcome and safety briefing in the cruise lounge (3rd floor). 12:45 – 14:00 – Enjoy a buffet lunch in the restaurant while sailing through the majestic scenery of Ha Long Bay. 14:30 – 15:30 – Excursion to Viet Hai Village (Lan Ha Bay). A short speedboat ride takes you to an island village. Explore by electric buggy: visit local fish farms, apiaries, and ancient houses, and experience foot fishing therapy. 15:30 – 17:00 – Optional Activities. If you opt out of the village tour, relax with tea and sweets in the piano lounge, soak in the views from the sundeck, or enjoy a spa treatment (reservation required). Experience the ship’s waterslides and other onboard recreational options. (16:00 – 17:00) 17:30 – 18:30 – Dock in Lan Ha Bay. Join a Vietnamese cooking class, enjoy happy hour and canapés, and take in live music on the sundeck or in the piano lounge (weather permitting). 19:00 – Gourmet dinner curated under Michelin supervision, served on the sundeck. 21:00 – 22:00 – Evening entertainment and relaxation. Enjoy live band performances (except Mondays). Try your luck at night squid fishing. Unwind with a spa treatment (additional charge, reservation required). Watch in-room movies. Complimentary soft Vietnamese cotton bathrobes are provided and can be worn anywhere on board. Day 2: 06:00 – 06:30 – Start your day with Tai Chi on the sundeck (weather permitting) or in the piano lounge. 06:30 – 07:00 – Morning refreshments: tea, coffee, and cake in the restaurant. 07:00 – 08:00 – Visit the Dark & Bright Cave. A short speedboat ride brings you to this beautiful grotto. 08:00 – 09:00 – Return to the cruise and enjoy a buffet breakfast in the restaurant. 09:00 – 09:30 – Check-out and transfer back to the International Port Pier via speedboat. 09:30 – 11:00 – Transfer back to Hanoi Tower in a comfortable 7-seater limousine.
