Being an international 5-star hotel, in addition to two restaurants, Sofitel Plaza has two bars - Song Hong at the lobby and Summit Lounge on the 20th floor.

Summit Lounge is renowned for having the 'best view in Hanoi' of the city skyline and lavish parties. The design and decor here are very elegant, modern and sophisticated. This rooftop bar is ideal for evening cocktails or get-togethers while enjoying the beautiful sunset on West Lake. Besides, this is a great high-end place for a nice dinner out. The food here is fantastic.

The bar is only open in the evening from 16:00 - 24:00. The music here is marvelous and loud! The staff is very attentive and friendly with great service. Blankets are offered when it gets chilly. It is worth coming here for a drink, even if you are not staying in the hotel. It's nice to be above the hustle and bustle of Hanoi.
