Located in Tay Ho District, the expat's area, Hanoi Rock City is a cool mix between a live music venue and an outdoor bar. The bar has a decent sound system and high quality acoustics so you'll enjoy it whether you are inside the bar or outside in the garden.
Founded and run by a group of mostly Hanoi born young musicians, DJs and artists since December 2010, Hanoi Rock City is one of the first and finest live houses dedicated to supporting original and emerging music and arts. The bar also aims to provide a stable and dynamic platform for homegrown talents and helps to expose local audiences/artists right up to high quality international performers! Hanoi Rock City has been given credit for placing Hanoi on the map for touring artists.
Hanoi Rock City offers an array of live and electronic genres, not only rock. They aim to support the music scene as a promoter of a passionate and professional space.
