Beirut has one of the biggest outdoor seating areas in Saigon, and it is one of the only places to enjoy shisha and watch belly dancing. With an incredibly successful start in Hong Kong, the Beirut brand launched in HCMC in 2011 and now also has a location in Hanoi.
