Description

Gain a deep appreciation for Vietnam’s rich coffee heritage in this immersive workshop by Su Quan Roastery. Journey through the world’s coffee belt and learn how Vietnam is shaping a more sustainable future through intercropping traditions rooted in our own Da Lat coffee farm. Begin your day inside a hidden Indochina-style villa tucked away in a quiet Hanoi alley. As a cultural hub, Su Quan welcomes you with a handcrafted drink and the gentle pace of Vietnamese hospitality. Here, stories linger in every detail from the heritage details that hold old stories to the slow rhythm of brewing. Guided by our Cultural Storytellers, you’ll explore Vietnam’s coffee regions, discover how beans are grown, harvested, roasted, and cherished, and hear the human stories behind each cup. Under the guidance of expert baristas, you’ll craft six iconic Vietnamese coffee styles, from creamy egg coffee and smooth coconut coffee to traditional pour-over and creative fusion brews, learning the techniques that make each one meaningful. Behind every cup is a community. Through Su Quan’s cultural initiative, a portion of our proceeds supports the education of children at our Da Lat coffee farm, honoring the families who have tended their land for generations. By joining this experience, you become part of that quiet circle of care where heritage, craftsmanship, and community are woven into every brew. You’ll leave not only with new brewing skills, but also with a deeper connection to Vietnam’s vibrant coffee culture, its people, and the stories that shape each cup.
