KTC has been an Authorized Apple Service Provider since 2002 - the first one in Vietnam. They have a great reputation and are truly AUTHORIZED. You will see many other places claiming to be authorized, however, don't even consider risking it. It is common practice for stores to claim legitimacy but steal quality parts from your device. Companies will take your parts, replace them with low quality parts and send you off with a smile! KTC is no such establishment and the MDV team knows from personal experience!
One of our team members brought his old personal laptop (a 2009 Macbook Pro) into the shop with hard drive issues. The staff member restored it for him, but explained it would not last very long - perhaps 1 month. Sure enough, it crashed again in about 1 month. KTC restored it a 2nd time for him. The computer was at the shop for 2 hours each time and they did not charge him anything! Inevitably, the old computer crashed a 3rd time so he went to KTC for a new hard drive, which they replaced within a few hours at a great price. How can you beat this customer service? No charge for over 4 hours of help? We are very impressed with this company!
