Tao Dan Park is a 10 hectare park in the middle of Ho Chi Minh City and is a great way to escape the busy city life and watch locals in their everyday life. The park has nice walkways and lots of tropical trees.

In the early morning and late evening you will see hundreds, if not thousands, of local people exercising before and after work. You'll find some nice photo opportunities to capture the essence of routines in a world unlike your own.

You will also notice older gentlemen who come here everyday to play Xiangqi (Chinese chess). It is a popular pastime in Vietnam.
