This is a lively place that seems to be a favorite for many Vietnamese locals who reckon the ice cream here is better than most of other places in city. Perhaps they enjoy the atmosphere as much as the ice cream.

Be weary of this establishment though, as many reviews have been negative. Some people have said the staff seemed more interested in the cartoons on TV than helping customers. Another review said the employees charge everyone for wet wipes, even if you do not use them! Yet many other reviews call this place a 'hidden gem' as most people here were locals. 

The only way to know if this place is good or not, is to go for yourself! It is in a central location so it is easy enough to get to.
