1. Booking confirmation
We'll reach out to confirm your pickup time and location.
You'll receive the car's license plate number at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup, making it easy to identify your ride
2. Luggage & Passenger
- 4-seat car: From 1 - 3 pax + maximum 3 suitcases
- 7-seat car: From 4 - 5 pax + maximum 5 suitcases
- 16-seat van: From 6 - 10 pax + maximum 10 suitcases
*Standard suitcase size = 44cm x 66cm

3. Surcharge
To ensure fair compensation for our drivers and cover additional expenses, the following surcharges may apply:
+ Late-night/Early-morning Service: For trips starting before 6:00 AM or ending after 9:00 PM, a surcharge of VND 100,000
will be collected in cash by the driver.
