A nice rooftop garden bar with a history attached to it. During the Vietnam war this was a prime spot for American officers to relax and unwind from their daily life. In 1996 it was listed by Newsweek as one of South East Asia's best bars and it is also mentioned in the book a 1000 places to visit before you die. This bar is on the roof of the Rex Hotel and has a great view of the city.
