How Pricing Works — Please Read Before Booking
Phu Quoc is a large island — hotels range from minutes to over an hour from the airport. Price is set by the distance between the airport and your hotel, in 3 zones:
Zone 1: distance ≤ 15 km
Zone 2: distance 15.01–20 km
Zone 3: distance > 20.1 km
Before booking, check your hotel's exact distance from Phu Quoc Airport on Google Maps (maps.app.goo.gl/8TNASRbwfszJW6ig9) and select the matching price option. Booking the wrong zone may require a price adjustment on the day.
General guide only — always confirm your specific hotel:
Duong Dong town is usually Zone 1.
Cua Duong, Ong Lang and An Thoi are often Zone 2.
The far north (Ganh Dau, Bai Dai, Cua Can, Vung Bau, Grand World, Vinpearl area) is usually Zone 3.

Important Information
- Please provide your flight number and hotel name to the operator via email, WhatsApp, Line, or Viber
- Extra payment will be applied 100.000 VND/hour if the driver has to wait for more than allowed waiting time
- Infant/child seats unavailable
- No pets allowed
- Transfer durations are approximate; exact duration depends on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
