After that , handing on making lantern (the signature in Hoi An) 8:25 pick up guests at the meeting point. 8:30 Get on a trip to a local market to buy raw materials for your cooking class 9:00 Visit the Water coconut forest and taking the bamboo basket boat 10:00 Begin our cooking class to make traditional Vietnamese dishes: Pho Bo ( beef noodle soup) Banh Xeo ( Vietnamese fried pancake), Banh Cuon (Steamed rice paper roll), & Che (Mung beans soup) Enjoy the dishes cooked by yourselves 1pm Transfered to the Making Lantern class & own your pretty handmade lantern& finish tour around 2pm. The tour can also be operated in the afternoon as you wish. In that case it will start at 1:25pm and finish at 6.30pm
