At 5:45 AM, our guide will pick you up from your hotel in Can Tho and transfer you to the boat. On the way, you will witness the stunning sunrise. Upon arrival at Cai Rang Floating Market — a must-see in Can Tho — your guide will share the history of the market and insights into local life on the river. Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese breakfast with options like rice noodle soup, Bánh Mì, and Bánh Bao. Board a local boat and experience the authentic life of the Mekong Delta. Our knowledgeable guide will help you learn more about the local culture and lifestyle. You will also get to enjoy the freshest pineapple right on the river. Next, visit a local rice noodle factory. This traditional family-owned workshop has been operating for many years. Here, you will observe the entire process of making rice noodles — from cooking rice flour into rice paper, drying, cutting into noodles, and other steps. Continue cruising through small canals to admire the natural beauty of the riverside and witness mangroves and water coconut palms along the way. Then, You’ll also have a chance to walk through peaceful villages and truly experience the real daily life of the Mekong Delta people. As you stroll along the small paths, you’ll see traditional houses, friendly locals going about their routines, and lush gardens all around. It’s a great way to slow down, connect with the culture, and appreciate the simple, authentic beauty of life in the countryside. Finally, visit an organic cacao farm, where your guide will share fascinating stories about cacao cultivation and how locals make chocolate, wine, and cosmetics from cacao.
