Important Information
- NOTE:
- eSIM can only be activated when you’re in Vietnam. We will contact you one day before via WhatsApp and send the QR code when you’re in Vietnam (our working hours are 7:00 AM–11:00 PM)
- The SIM includes 5GB per day. If you use all 5GB, the data will stop working until the allowance automatically renews the next day
- Physical SIM delivery is only available to hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. If you are staying elsewhere, only eSIM is supported
- Sim only Internet access, does not support voice calling and SMS messaging
- Please make sure your mobile device is SIM unlocked
- You can get the SIM card at Vietnam Asia Office at 131 Hang Bong Street or we can bring it to your hotel if it’s in Hanoi Old Quarter
- The Hanoi office is at 131 Hang Bong Street and is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Sunday
