How pickup works
Driver arrives at your Sapa hotel lobby at the confirmed time. Please be ready and have your luggage at the lobby within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup.

Important Information
- 1. After booking, provide your preferred pickup time in Sapa and your drop-off destination (hotel name or flight number + terminal) so we can plan the journey precisely

- 3. Drivers communicate using Google Translate for on-trip requests. For anything more complex, contact our hotline directly
- 4. Transfer duration is approximately 5–6 hours and may vary due to traffic, weather, and mountain road conditions. Allow extra buffer if catching a flight
- 5. Each traveler is allowed one standard suitcase. Oversized luggage (bicycles, large backpacks, sports equipment) must be confirmed in advance
- 6. If you have a flight to catch, we recommend scheduling pickup at least 7–8 hours before departure to allow for traffic and check-in time
- 7. No baby seat/child seat is provided. Please arrange your own if required
