OPTION A — Noi Bai Airport (HAN): Driver or greeter meets you at arrivals with a name sign. Cannot find your driver? Call or WhatsApp the hotline immediately. Allow 5–10 minutes for the vehicle to reach the pickup bay.
OPTION B — Hotel in Hanoi downtown: Driver arrives at your lobby at the confirmed time. Please be ready within 30 minutes.
After pickup: approximately 2.5 to 3 hours to Ha Long / Tuan Chau (depending on traffic and route).

- 1. After booking, please provide your flight number and drop-off location (hotel name or full address) to ensure correct pickup.

4. Transfer duration is approximately 3.5–4 hours and may vary due to traffic, weather, and time of day.
5. Each traveler is allowed ONE standard suitcase. Oversized luggage (surfboards, golf bags, bicycles) must be confirmed in advance.
