Important Information
- 1. After booking, provide your preferred pickup time in Mui Ne and your drop-off destination (hotel name or flight number + terminal) so we can plan the journey precisely.

3. Drivers communicate using Google Translate for on-trip requests. For anything more complex, contact our hotline directly.
4. Transfer duration is approximately 3 hours and may vary due to traffic, weather, and time of day. Allow extra buffer if catching a flight.
5. Each traveler is allowed ONE standard suitcase. Oversized luggage (surfboards, golf bags, bicycles) must be confirmed in advance.
6. If you have a flight to catch, we recommend scheduling pickup at least 5–6 hours before departure to allow for traffic and check-in time.
7. No baby seat/child seat is provided. Please arrange your own if required.
