HOW PICKUP WORKS
OPTION A — HAN Airport:
Driver or greeter meets you at arrivals with a name sign. Cannot find your driver? Call or WhatsApp the hotline immediately. Allow 5–10 minutes for the vehicle to reach the pickup bay.
OPTION B — Hotel in Hanoi Downtown:
Driver arrives at your lobby at the confirmed time. Please be ready within 30 minutes.
After pickup: approximately 5–6 hours to Sapa (depending on traffic and road conditions).
