Important Information
- 1. After booking, send us your Ha Long pickup point (pier name or hotel name and address), your Sa Pa hotel name and address.
2. Share your cruise disembarkation schedule so we can confirm the correct pickup time at the pier.
3. Transfer duration is approximately 7.5 hours and may vary due to traffic, weather, and road conditions.
4. Car switch at Airport area (approx. 5 minutes): for this long-distance route, we use two vehicles with a driver handover near the airport area. Both drivers will assist you with your luggage — the switch takes approximately 5 minutes and will not disrupt your journey.
5. If your cruise is delayed, WhatsApp our hotline immediately — we will coordinate the driver accordingly.
6. Each traveler is allowed ONE standard suitcase. Trekking gear or oversized luggage must be confirmed in advance.
7. No baby seat/child seat is provided. Please arrange your own if required.
