PICKUP
Driver 1 meets you in your Cat Ba hotel lobby at the confirmed time. You receive 30 minutes of free waiting. If you cannot find the driver, call or WhatsApp the hotline immediately.
FERRY CROSSING
To avoid the higher car-on-ferry fee, the vehicle does not cross.
1. Driver 1 takes you to Cai Vieng Pier and buys your passenger ferry tickets.
2. You board with your luggage and carry it onto the ferry yourself.
3. Driver 2 meets you at Dong Bai Pier with a name sign and continues to your destination.
Ferries generally run every 30–60 minutes:
• Cai Vieng → Dong Bai: low season 05:00–18:00; high season 04:30–19:00.
• Dong Bai → Cai Vieng: low season 05:30–18:30; high season 05:00–19:30.
Schedules may change, especially in peak season. Drivers receive travel-day updates and coordinate delays in real time.
DROP-OFF
Option A — Cat Bi Airport (HPH): direct terminal drop-off.
Option B — Hai Phong city hotel: drop-off at a city-center hotel. Both options are included in the base price; confirm your choice after booking.
RECOMMENDED AIRPORT TIMING
Allow about 30–45 minutes from your hotel to Cai Vieng Pier, up to 60 minutes for the next ferry, 15–20 minutes for the crossing, and 30–40 minutes from Dong Bai Pier to HPH. Depart Cat Ba at least 4 hours before your flight.

CHANGES, DELAYS & NO-SHOW

Important Information
- 1. After booking, send us your hotel name on Cat Ba Island, your drop-off preference (Cat Bi Airport HPH or Hai Phong city hotel name), and your flight number and departure time if flying — we calculate your Cat Ba pickup time from there
- 2. This transfer uses a two-driver relay at the ferry terminal. Your car does not cross on the ferry — this keeps your price lower. You carry your own luggage onto the ferry
- 3. Ferry schedule (Cai Vieng → Dong Bai): Low season 05:00–18:00 | High season 04:30–19:00. Ferries run every 30–60 minutes. Schedule may change slightly in high season
- 4. Depart Cat Ba at least 4 hours before your flight. The full journey (hotel → pier → ferry → airport) typically takes 60–90 minutes but ferry wait times vary up to 60 minutes
- 5. Driver 1 purchases your passenger ferry tickets. At the pier, hand the tickets to the ferry staff and board. Driver 2 waits with a name sign at Dong Bai Pier on the mainland
