Important Information
- Always trust the pilot’s decision — cancellations due to wind are normal and for safety
- Clothing: Comfortable, sporty outfits (long sleeves and pants) - Avoid skirts, or high heels - Sports or hiking shoes are recommended (Tip: Bright clothes look great in photos!)
- Make sure your phone has at least 4GB free storage for photos/videos after the flight
- You may bring a small personal bag (1–2kg) with essentials (e.g., phone, keys, ID)
- First-time flyers welcome
- Flights are subject to weather conditions such as wind, rain, and fog. If rescheduling is required, customers will be notified at least one day in advance at no extra cost. If they prefer not to reschedule, a full refund will be provided
