Description

Spend an evening on Hue’s Perfume River with a boat cruise and dinner on board. Choose the 6:00 PM–8:00 PM or 7:00 PM–9:00 PM departure, then watch the city’s riverside lights as you share a meal with your group.

Ca Hue is a traditional style of singing accompanied by instrumental music. Its repertoire ranges from gentle, expressive melodies to livelier pieces. Traditional tunes associated with the art form include Nam Binh, Nam Ai, and Luu Thuy. The performers may introduce the sounds of instruments such as the dan tranh (Vietnamese zither), dan nguyet (moon lute), and dan nhi (two-string fiddle). The exact songs and instruments depend on the performers’ programme on the day.

The music is one part of the two-hour experience; the rest of the evening is yours to enjoy dinner and the river views.

Hotel pickup and drop-off in Hue are available as an optional add-on. If you select this service when booking, you will be collected from your hotel, taken to the boarding point, and returned to your hotel after the cruise.
