Board a traditional boat for a relaxing cruise along the Mekong River, passing lush orchards and quiet villages. On Coconut Island, explore daily life shaped by the coconut trade as you ride a tuk-tuk through local paths, meet welcoming families, and taste tropical fruits, honey tea, and handmade coconut candies. Enjoy Southern folk music performed live in a shaded garden while sipping tea, a beautiful glimpse into local hospitality.
Continue with a short sampan ride through narrow, palm-shaded canals for a closer look at the tranquil countryside. Savor a Vietnamese lunch at a riverside restaurant, then observe how locals prepare traditional dishes using fresh ingredients from the delta.
After lunch, take some time to relax and enjoy the peaceful countryside. Guests may walk around the village gardens filled with tropical fruits and vegetables, or if you wish, ask your guide to arrange a short optional bike ride through the coconut groves. Afterwards, you will travel by large wooden boat back to the pier, where your bus will be waiting for the return journey to Ho Chi Minh City in the late afternoon.
