Description
A two-day, one-night cruise in Lan Ha Bay is ideal for discovering its natural beauty and local life on a limited schedule. This itinerary does not visit any caves, giving you more time to kayak, enjoy a wild beach, and visit a fishing village. The trip takes you deep into this natural wonder for a memorable night in a calm area of the bay.
DAY 1: HA NOI - CAI BEO CRUISE PORT – LAN HA BAY
7:00 Pick up at the hotel in Old Quarter to Ben Beo harbor
12:15: Our staff warmly welcomes you at Cai Beo Cruise Port.
12:30 – 13:00: Settle into the boat, enjoy a welcome drink, and get briefed about the cruise. 13:15 – 14:30: Relish lunch as we cruise to the enchanting Lan Ha Bay, taking in the mesmerizing formations along the route.
15:00 – 17:00: As the cruise sails deeper into the bay, we explore either Ba Trai Dao or Dau Be (optional), learn about the geography of the region. There is also the option for kayaking to get up close to the towering limestone karsts or taking a tender boat to navigate through the stunning surroundings. In warmer weather, you may swim in the clear emerald waters. Dive into the tranquility of the bay, either by kayaking or simply lounging on the island's untamed beach.
17:30–19:15: Return to the junk to freshen up and relax on the sundeck. Experience an authentic Vietnamese cooking demonstration before dinner on board.
After dinner: Relax on the sundeck or sip drinks at the bar. Free evening or try squid fishing.
Overnight on board.
DAY 2: VIET HAI VILLAGE – CAI BEO CRUISE PORT
Wake up early to admire the sunrise on the bay in a magical scene around 5 a.m.
6.30 - 7.00: Morning exercise with Tai Chi lesson on sundeck
07.00 – 07.50: Morning view of Bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. Have breakfast in our cozy Vietnamese decorated dining area while heading to Viet Hai fishing Village on the Bay.
08:00–09:30: Cycle or take an electric car through Viet Hai fishing village on the island to experience local life and enjoy the fresh air and lush evergreen scenery.
10.00: Check out of the cabin. Start cruising towards the port while a set lunch is served.
11:45–12:00: Disembark. The tour ends.

- The order of visits during the cruise may be changed depending on local weather conditions
- Guests are requested to submit their passport at least 24 hours prior to the departure for the travel declaration to the port authority
- Round-trip bus from Hanoi/Ninh Binh ($26 per person) (It is possible to arrange drop-off at a different location from the pickup point)
- The order of sightseeing places is subject to change. However, guests will visit all the places listed in the itinerary
- Unused services such as meals, sightseeing tours, transport and activities listed in the agenda will not be refunded or exchanged
- For bookings of 3 adults, we will arrange a triple room
- Children will share a bed with their parents; they will not have their own bed
