Standard: Complete your airline check-in first. Our representative will meet you at the airline check-in area and assist you through immigration and security. Meeting time is usually 1.5–3 hours before departure, depending on your flight. Our team will contact you via WhatsApp.
Premium: Our representative will meet you at the designated meeting point at the International Terminal and assist with check-in, luggage handling, boarding pass and luggage tags, immigration, and security. Meeting time is usually 1.5–3 hours before departure. Our representative will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange the meeting.

Important Information
- Important information: The above service needs to be booked 12 hours prior to arrival/departure
- This service is not available for visitors that have overstayed their visa (exemption) in the past
- Flight number is mandatory for the Meet & Greet service
- If there is no flight information given to us at least 12 hours before arrival, no refund will be made
- The meeting point ranges from before the immigration area to the moment you enter the terminal. A representative will be holding a passenger name board/tablet in the arrivals area
