Description
Day 1: Ha Noi – Cai Beo Harbour – Lan Ha Bay – Ha Long Bay (Lunch + Dinner)
07h45: You will be collected from Hanoi Old Quarter to take the highway to the Port (Haiphong) where we arrive at around 11h30.
11h35: Transfer by tender to the Venezia cruises.
12h15: We welcome our guests on board the cruise. After check-in, enjoy a welcome drink and receive a cruise briefing and safety instructions from a crew member and the cruise manager.
12h30: We have lunch before continuing our journey via the islets. These amazing limestone karst formations rise up out of the sea in an impressive manner. This area is untouched, as not many cruise ships use the route via the Cat Ba Island – Coc Ngoi islet – through Cua Dong to Ba Trai Dao area.
14h30: The Cruise sails through Lan Ha Bay. The area is surrounded by extraordinary limestone karst landscapes. You can start your journey to visit Dark & Bright Cave and islets by kayaking which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage, enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Bay.
15h30: Just enjoy a swim. This is a great experience, immersed in the crystal-clear waters of the bay.
16:45: Returning to your Venezia Cruises boat, you can watch the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. On board, you may join a traditional cooking class. Our chef will show you how to make Vietnamese spring rolls. In the early evening, the boat offers its happy hour deal.
19h00: Dinner is served. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff. This is a delightful meal in an intimate romantic setting.
21h00: Enjoy the landscape of the bay at night up on the top deck. Relax whilst enjoying drinks from the bar. Try your hand at night squid fishing, enjoy the funny Karaoke time with friends and family. Overnight on our cruise.
23h00: End of Day One program.
Day 2: Viet Hai Village – Lan Ha Bay – Ha Noi (Breakfast + Lunch)
06:00: Begin your new day with taking photos, or enjoy the sunrise from your cabin window or from the sun-deck.
07:00 Enjoy a breakfast in the delighted and peaceful beauty of the bay.
08:30: Transfer to a tender to visit Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island and hop on a bicycle ride (electric car also available) through a rainforest tunnel that leads to a village nestled in a valley deep in a national park. Meet, visit a traditional house, and greet local inhabitants doing their daily work, see their homes and the village school.
Return to Venezia Cruises boat for check-out procedures.
10h45: Whilst cruising back you can enjoy a delightful lunch.
11h45: We return to Cai Beo harbour in the south of Ha Long Bay, where our visitors disembark.
12h00: We bid farewell at the port, this is the end of the program. We hope you have enjoyed your time with us and wish you a safe onward journey.
15h45: Return to your drop-off point in Hanoi. Finish the 2-day, 1-night Venezia cruise.

- We have 2 types of cruises with the same itineraries linked to 3 booking options:
- Classic Cozy Cruise - Start and Finish on Cat Ba Island
- Classic Cozy Cruises: Start and finish in Hanoi or Ninh Binh
- Private balconies cruises: Start and finish in Hanoi/Ninh Binh
- Please make sure there is no confusion when you book the cruise you love
- For the Classic Cozy Cruise starting and finishing on Cat Ba Island, transfers between Hanoi or Ninh Binh and the cruise are not included in the price
- Single Supplement: - The single supplement is not included- If you book for 1 person only, we will automatically arrange the single cabin for you and pay for it- 50 usd/ person/ cabin when check in the cruise.
- If you book for 3 people, then the triple cabin is automatically arranged. If you want to have the single cabin, please contact the activity provider.
