We will reach out to you via WhatsApp one day before your scheduled service. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting for you BEFORE the Immigration area, holding a welcome sign with your name. Please look out for the sign so we can greet and assist you promptly.
For STANDARD service, we facilitate Immigration procedures for passengers.
For PREMIUM service, in addition to expedited Immigration clearance, we assist in retrieving your luggage quickly and efficiently, and escort you and your luggage to your designated vehicle (if this option is selected).
This service is available for all international flights arriving at Noi Bai International Airport (Ha Noi).

We will reach out to you via WhatsApp one day before your scheduled service. Upon arrival at the airport, our staff will be waiting for you at the check-in counter, holding a welcome sign with your name. Please note that you will need to complete your own check-in first.
For STANDARD service, we provide assistance with Immigration procedures.
Premium service includes expedited immigration and security checks and guidance to the boarding gate area.
This service is available for all international flights departing from Noi Bai International Airport (Ha Noi).

If you need visa-on-arrival support or visa exchange, additional service and government fees will apply.
If there are any changes to your flight details (arrival time, flight number, cancellation, rebooking, etc.), please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the original scheduled arrival time of your flight (Timely updates allow us to adjust the service accordingly and ensure the best possible experience for you).
