Description
Skip the long queues and save time with our Fast-Track airport service, ideal during peak hours. Due to ongoing staff shortages across many airlines and airports, immigration queues can be unpredictable, and this service helps ensure a smoother arrival.
Simply share your passports, visas, and flight details once your booking is confirmed. Our team will monitor your flight using airline systems to ensure everything is prepared before you land.
Upon arrival, our dedicated staff member will be waiting before the immigration area, holding a welcome sign board, ready to assist you right away.
After landing, it usually takes around 20–30 minutes to reach the immigration zone. From there, you’ll be guided into a priority fast-track lane, avoiding the long queues faced by regular passengers.
With add-on 'Luggage & Escort', our staff will assist with customs procedures, handle the required paperwork, collect your luggage, and escort you all the way to your vehicle for a smooth exit from the airport.
Guests going through the fast track lines are not required to complete a pre-arrival immigration form. Rest assured!

- For Standard Fast Track, look for a white signboard with green TEXT reading 'YOUR JOURNEY STARTS HERE'.
- For VIP Fast Track, look for a green signboard with white TEXT reading 'VIETNAM IS READY FOR YOU'.
❗At Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN): Our guide is not allowed inside the Fast Track area, and can only stand outside to direct you.
- For VIP Fast Track, head to lane 3.
- For Standard Fast Track, head to lanes 4, 5, or 6. Note: this area has no queue-dividing ropes, so just stand in one of the correct lanes to use the service.
❗If your information is submitted only after you have landed, registering your name for the Fast Track service will require urgent, last-minute processing, and an additional fee will apply to cover this expedited arrangement. To avoid extra charges, please make sure to send your details in advance of arrival.
Disclaimers:
❗Wait times on the Standard/VIP Fast Track lane may vary depending on airport traffic, peak hours, and the number of travelers using the service at the same time. This is subject to airport and immigration conditions beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. In some cases, the waiting time may be similar to the standard queue, and this is considered normal and expected.
❗Flights arriving between 2:00 AM and 7:00 AM typically experience low airport traffic and shorter immigration queues. During these hours, the time-saving advantage of Fast-Track may be less significant than during peak periods.

Important Information
- ❗Fast Track services are not available for Vietnamese passport holders
- ❗Please note that our Fast Track service is only applicable to international flights, as it is designed to assist with the immigration process
- The service fee only covers priority immigration lane arrangement. Once directed to the correct lane, staff may leave to assist other passengers
- For full support (immigration, baggage claim, escort to exit), please select the Luggage & Escort add-on when booking
- The Luggage & Escort add-on must be booked in the same quantity as the number of pax using Fast Track service
- After booking, please send us your passport scans/photos, flight number with arrival time, and visa details (if applicable). We cannot proceed until all required information is received
- Please select your actual flight arrival time as the booking time
- Children aged under 2 are free of charge
- Children aged 2 or older must be booked under an adult ticket to use the service
