Meet at our location at 07 Nguyen Ba Lan Street, Ngu Hanh Son, Da Nang, 10 minutes before the class starts. Visit a nearby local market with our instructor to buy ingredients and learn about local produce. Return to the kitchen and cook five dishes: bún bò Huế, bánh xèo, fresh rolls, young jackfruit salad, and avocado ice cream (vegetarian options available). Enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared, along with fresh fruit and homemade rice vodka, while chatting and learning more from our instructor. Receive a cookbook and certificate. End of class.
