DAY 1: DISCOVER BAY CANH ISLAND – WITNESS SEA TURTLE NESTING

03:00 PM – DEPARTURE
Pick up at Con Dao Pier and begin the journey to explore Con Dao’s pristine natural environment.

Day 1 Activities

1. SNORKELING AT BAI BO DAP
Take a boat to Bai Bo Dap, where you can relax, swim, and snorkel among colorful coral reefs.

2. ARRIVAL AT BAY CANH ISLAND – JUNGLE TREK
Upon arrival at Bay Canh Island, continue with a trek through the primary forest. Walk beneath the lush canopy, listen to the sounds of the forest, and enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings. This is also an opportunity to learn more about Con Dao’s distinctive forest ecosystem.

3. LEARN ABOUT SEA TURTLES AND THE TURTLE HATCHERY
At the conservation area, learn about the life cycle, nesting behavior, and conservation efforts for sea turtles in Con Dao. Discover the turtle hatchery, where young turtles are cared for before making their way back to the ocean.

4. CHECK IN AT THE RANGER STATION
Check in at the ranger station, then enjoy dinner and take some time to rest.

5. NIGHT EXPLORATION OF THE MANGROVE FOREST
Begin a nighttime nature experience and observe the local wildlife. You may have the opportunity to see tank crabs foraging at night.

6. WITNESS SEA TURTLES NESTING – SUBJECT TO NATURAL CONDITIONS
This is the highlight of the journey. During nesting season, female sea turtles return from the open sea to the beaches where they were born, searching for a suitable spot to build their nests. Under the guidance of forest rangers, you may have the opportunity to observe the turtles coming ashore and laying their eggs, while learning more about sea turtle conservation efforts in Con Dao.

DAY 2: ISLAND SUNRISE – EXPLORE THE ECOSYSTEM

Day 2 Activities

1. WATCH THE SUNRISE AT THE RANGER STATION
Wake up surrounded by lush forests and the sea. Enjoy the first rays of sunlight and the peaceful, fresh atmosphere of Con Dao. You will also have the opportunity to release young turtles back into the sea.

2. BREAKFAST AND DEPARTURE FOR SIGHTSEEING
Enjoy breakfast before continuing the journey.

3. CRUISE THROUGH DAM TRE BAY
Take a boat to Dam Tre Bay, where you can enjoy snorkeling and explore the marine and mangrove ecosystems. Learn more about the natural environment and the diverse marine life found in Con Dao.

4. LUNCH AT THE RANGER STATION
Enjoy lunch at the ranger station.

5. RETURN TO THE MAINLAND
Conclude the journey and transfer back to the town center and pier. The adventure may come to an end, but the memories of lush forests, pristine waters, and female sea turtles quietly returning to the beach will stay with you long after the trip.

• During the nesting season (April to the end of October), there is a 95% chance of observing sea turtles and releasing baby turtles. Guests will be informed in advance and refunded if these activities are unavailable.
