HOW PICKUP WORKS
Driver arrives at your Sa Pa hotel lobby at the confirmed start time — please be ready within 15 minutes. Share your planned stops via WhatsApp before pickup and the driver will suggest the most efficient route.
At the end of your booking time, driver returns you to your hotel or any agreed drop-off point within Sa Pa.

- 1. After booking, send your hotel name, and option (4 hours or 8 hours) via WhatsApp. Share any spots you want to visit — the driver will suggest the best order and routing
- 2. This is a driver service, not a guided tour. The driver navigates and assists but does not provide sightseeing commentary. Use your own research or travel apps to plan your stops.
- 3. The km limit (50 km for 4h / 100 km for 8h) is calculated from your hotel as the starting point. Extra km or time beyond your option are charged additionally — agree with the provider in advance on the day.
- 4. Entrance fees are not included. Cat Cat Village, Fansipan cable car, and most other Sa Pa attractions charge entry fees paid directly at the gate.
- 5. The driver speaks basic English and uses Google Translate for communication. For anything complex, contact our 24/7 WhatsApp hotline.
