The Workshop Coffee
Sitting quietly on the corner of busy Ngo Duc Ke street in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, the Workshop is a quaint coffee shop inflected with the type of austere greys and cerulean blues that make the perfect backdrop for the Italian beans it brews.
Everything at the Workshop is perfectly engineered to ensure that you fully appreciate your cup of coffee. This is also the best place to find some of the most famous Italian pastas like carbonara, bolognese and aglio e olio. The atmosphere is great for working with soft music playing in the background. You can focus and escape from the Saigon madness.
Nearly every imaginable brewing method is offered here so the experienced and highly educated staff will explain the differences for you. You can have your coffee made in a siphon filter, a Chemex, or a better-than-French-press Eva Solo. This one is excellent, particularly for those who like their cup bold!
