My Guide visited The Refinery on a Tuesday afternoon around 14:00. As of May 12th, 2015 they were expanding to knock down the exposed brick wall on the left side of their restaurant, which is an obvious sign of their dedicated customer base and quality management. Yves, the 6 year manager, assured us they would not need to close for construction either!
Yves, from Paris, is an energetic and charismatic man. He is clearly passionate about what he does and spoke candidly. While Yves and I spoke, he called people by name as they entered and left the restaurant. People came over to shake his hand and thank him for lunch. Yves pointed to every person in the restaurant and said, 'He's here 4 times a week, she's here 2 times a week, he's here everyday.' It was quite impressive and we recommend this establishment!
