Like most of the restaurants in the neighbourhood, Stella has a laidback atmosphere. You can sit downstairs which has a little bit of a 1960's diner feel to it, with bright red booths to sit. Upstairs you will find a sportsbar complete with a few television screens to watch your favorite sports games, a pool table and some dart boards.
Both floors also have a outdoor section from where you can spend some time to watch the crowd go by in front of the restaurant; this is if you are brave enough to stand the heat.
Their menu offers a wide range of cuisine, ranging from hearty, Western plates to local dishes. Even with the wide, appetizing selection, the real reason to eat at Stella is for their Italian food, which ranks well compared to other restaurants in the city.
