Givral Cafe

Vietnam

Restaurants Cafe

This is not a low priced cafe, but the large selection and quality of pastries truly makes it worth stopping in. The cafe is right near the Opera House, Caravelle Hotel and high end shopping like Louis Vuitton on Dong Khoi Street. Established in the 1950s, this is a great place to visit.

During the time that Saigon was known as the Pearl of the Far East, Givral was a hotbed of political intrigue and a gathering place of international reporters and artists. One of the most famous war correspondents, Tim Page, visited many times and was inspired here.

Today, Givral offers a wide range of luxury foods like fresh cakes, birthday cakes, Christmas cakes, wedding cakes, moon cakes, bread and pies. As a bonus, you will be impressed by the attentive service and the staff's enthusiasm!
