In 1994, Fanny was established in Hanoi, Vietnam, with 100% French investments. Since its creation it has been managed by Mr. Jean-Marc Bruno, French 'Maître glacier' (Ice Cream Maker). The idea Mr. Bruno had, which is still applied today, was to mix the French tradition of ice cream recipes to Vietnamese fruits and other natural ingredients only. This is a MUST TRY when you visit Vietnam!
