ITINERARY ● 4:30 PM – Meeting Point: Gather in front of Da Lat Cathedral (the Chicken Church) for a short introduction and program briefing. ● First Stop – Appetizer: Begin the evening with xắp xắp (green papaya salad) and bánh bèo, two light dishes that perfectly capture the taste of Da Lat’s simple, home-style cuisine. ● Second Stop – Main Course (Part 1): Move on to Ấp Ánh Sáng, one of Da Lat’s oldest streets, to enjoy bánh mì xíu mại — soft bread served with a warm, flavorful meatball soup. ● Third Stop – Main Course (Part 2): Take a leisurely walk through narrow local alleys to reach a small eatery known for bánh xèo, the crispy Vietnamese savory pancake. ● Fourth Stop – Dessert Round 1: After a good meal, we’ll stop by a street corner for bánh tráng nướng (Da Lat-style grilled rice paper) and a cup of freshly made soymilk. ● Final Stop – Dessert Round 2 (optional): End the journey in the Hòa Bình area with a visit to chè hé, a long-standing local sweet soup shop that opens only when the weather turns cool — the perfect taste to close the night. ___ Please let's us know in advance if you have a special diet (Allergy, Vegetarian, Vegan).
