Description
Day 1: Cultural Connection & Sunset Wellness
Begin your journey with a pickup from Sapa Town and transfer to Ta Van village. Take a gentle walk through rice terraces and local villages. Enjoy lunch at your host’s homestay and get an introduction to H’Mông traditions.
In the afternoon, participate in a H’Mông craft or cooking class with local women. As the sun sets, join a meditation or yoga session in the rice fields. End the day with dinner and cultural storytelling by the fire. Spend the night at a homestay (private or shared room options).
Day 2: Sunrise and Giving Back
Start your day with sunrise tea and meditation overlooking the valley. After breakfast at the homestay, take a short trek through a bamboo forest or visit a nearby waterfall. Join a small “education gift” activity for local children. Enjoy lunch at the homestay before transferring back to Sapa Town.
