Full Itinerary (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) 9:00 AM — Starting at the meeting point Stone Church of Sa Pa Meet your local H’Mông guide and take a short trek to a traditional village. 9:00 AM — Introduction to rice farming - Y Linh Ho Village Learn how local families cultivate rice: transplanting, harvesting, or milling, depending on the season. 11:00 AM — Indigo dyeing workshop Your host will show how to prepare natural indigo from local plants. You’ll dye your own cloth or scarf and watch it turn deep blue under the sun. 12:30 PM — Local lunch at a H’Mông house Taste home-cooked dishes made from rice, bamboo shoots, and mountain herbs. Village walk and cultural stories Walk through the valley, visit local homes, and discover how traditions are preserved through daily life. 2:00 PM — Return to Sapa
