• Cooking Class (2 hours) 10:00 AM – Begin your culinary journey at Bai Dinh Garden Resort with an engaging Vietnamese cooking class. Under the guidance of our professional chef, you’ll learn how to prepare authentic local dishes such as Hanoi Spring Rolls and Soft Fried Dough Sticks. 12:00 PM – After the class, sit down to enjoy the delicious dishes you’ve created, followed by refreshing seasonal fruits for dessert. • Off-road Jeep Adventure (4 hours): Hoa Lu Ancient Village – Van Long Nature Reserve 1:00 PM Depart from Bai Dinh Garden by Jeep and follow your local guide through some of the most beautiful roads in Ninh Binh. From Bai Dinh to Trang An, admire the vibrant green grasslands of the Bo De range and the impressive limestone mountains of Hoa Lu. Visit Chi Phong Ancient Village to meet locals and gain meaningful insights into their culture and daily life. Continue your journey through the historic streets, alleys, and hamlets of the legendary Hoa Lu ancient capital. Next, head to Van Long Wharf for a 1.5-hour boat trip through Vietnam’s largest wetland reserve.
