• Cooking Class (2 hours) 10:00 AM – Begin your culinary journey at Bai Dinh Garden Resort with an engaging Vietnamese cooking class. Under the guidance of our professional chef, you’ll learn how to prepare authentic local dishes such as Hanoi Spring Rolls and Soft Fried Dough Sticks. 12:00 PM – After the class, sit down to enjoy the delicious dishes you’ve created, followed by refreshing seasonal fruits for dessert. • Off-road Jeep Adventure (2 hours) 2:00 PM – Set off on an exciting off-road adventure aboard the iconic UAZ 469 Jeep — a legendary symbol of the Vietnamese army.
