My Son Sanctuary Sunset Tour is a great chance to admire the mysterious beauty of My Son Holy Land in the afternoon. My Son sanctuary was the most important religious center of the royal Cham from the 4th to 13th century. Tower-temples were erected to commemorate great victories and conquests, also where the souls of kings after death gathered with the Hindu gods, especially Shiva God. Nowadays, My Son Sanctuary is the remaining cluster of ruined temples but it still attracts a lot of tourists in the world who love ancient architecture as well as the mysterious history of the Champa Kingdom. TOUR ITINERARY: 5-6 hours 13:00 – 13:30: Pick up guests from hotels in Hoi An and depart to My Son. On the way, guests get their included Vietnamese coffee. 14:30 – 16:15: Arrive at My Son sanctuary and the experienced and passionate guide with a great command of English explains the historic and cultural values of the site while pointing out nice angles for the best photo shots.
