Description

According to your requested time, our friendly and experienced driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hoi An or Da Nang and start the memorable journey to the heritage city of Hue. Your adventure begins with a drive along the famous Hai Van Pass, one of the most scenic mountain roads in Vietnam. Winding along the coast, this breathtaking pass offers panoramic views of the sea, mountains, and clouds. On the top of the pass, you can see the ancient Hai Van Gate, once marking the boundary between ancient kingdoms, as well as old French and American bunkers — great spots for photos and history lovers. After crossing the pass, you’ll stop at the peaceful fishing village of Lang Co, where turquoise waters and white sandy beaches meet the lush green mountains. Recognized as one of the world’s 30 most beautiful bays in 2009, Lang Co is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Continuing the journey, you’ll visit the tranquil Lap An Lagoon. Surrounded by forested hills and crystal-clear waters, this natural lagoon offers a glimpse into the simple life of local fishermen living in harmony with nature. Upon arrival in Hue, the first stop is the magnificent Khai Dinh Tomb, a masterpiece of architecture combining Eastern and Western styles. As the final resting place of Emperor Khai Dinh (1916–1925), it stands out with its elaborate mosaics and intricate designs, representing the last royal construction of the Nguyen Dynasty. Next, visit the ancient Thien Mu Pagoda (Celestial Lady Pagoda), one of the oldest and most beautiful pagodas in Hue. Perched on a hill overlooking the Perfume River, this 400-year-old pagoda holds deep spiritual significance and offers peaceful views of the surrounding landscape. Finally, explore the grand Imperial City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the former capital of Vietnam’s last royal dynasty. Walk through the majestic gates, royal palaces, and temples where the Nguyen emperors ruled from 1802 to 1945. Immerse yourself in the rich culture, history, and glory of the Vietnamese monarchy. After an unforgettable day exploring Hue, our driver will take you back safely to your hotel in Hoi An or Da Nang, ending a perfect day filled with history, culture, and scenic beauty
