Upon arrival at the airport, either the driver or an airport attendant holding a name board will welcome the passenger at the exit gate located outside the arrival lobby (Pillar 12GF). The passenger will proceed through the arrival lobby after completing quarantine, immigration, baggage claim, and customs procedures. ***Airport Pick-Up Policy*** The waiting period commences from the scheduled flight arrival time, unless a different pick-up time is indicated in the booking comments. In the event of a flight delay of less than 30 minutes, the waiting time will be adjusted to account for the delay. For instance, if the planned arrival is at 13:00 and the flight is delayed by 20 minutes, the waiting time will begin at 13:20, and the driver will wait for 90 minutes from that time. If the flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes, the waiting time will be set to 30 minutes after the original arrival time, with the driver required to wait for 90 minutes, as the flight may still arrive sooner than expected. Should the passenger fail to appear within 120 minutes of the scheduled arrival, it is necessary to prepare and submit documentation to register a no-show case. For example, if the planned arrival is at 14:00 and the flight is delayed by 40 minutes, the driver will wait for 90 minutes starting from 14:30. In cases where the flight arrives early, the waiting period will still begin from the scheduled arrival time. If the early arrival can be monitored, the client should contact the driver to confirm a new pick-up time.

• Please provide the details to the operator to get Pick up and Drop off service (hotel name, homestay, cruise name) via Email/WhatsApp. Please note that arrival times are not guaranteed. They are estimates, based on the operator's provisions, experience, and statistics, and may vary. Extra payment will be applied 100.000 VND/hour if the driver has to wait for more than allowed waiting time. Infant/child seats unavailable. No pets allow. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
