Description

Please Note: For bookings of 1–9 people, the tour is available only on Saturdays. For bookings of 10 or more people, you may schedule the tour on any day of the week. Day 1: Hanoi to Bac Yen Begin your adventure with an early morning departure from Hanoi. Meet your guide at the Hanoi Opera House while the city streets are still quiet. Board your bus or van, travel toward the west, and pick up the remaining guests near the National Convention Center. Once you leave the city behind, stop for breakfast and coffee at a roadside restaurant before the ascent into mountain country. Stop at Thung Khe Pass, a stunning viewpoint over limestone mountains and mist-covered valleys. Stretch your legs and take photographs. Arrive in Moc Chau around midday and enjoy a local meal featuring Northwest flavors. In the afternoon, choose one of two signature experiences: Option A: Happy Land Valley Gardens A peaceful open valley filled with seasonal flowers and colorful photo corners. Great for nature lovers and families. Option B: Bach Long Skywalk & Glass Bridge (self-paid) Walk across one of the longest glass bridges in the world — suspended between cliffs with dramatic 9D effects. If you enjoy thrilling heights and sweeping canyon views, this is your pick. Flower gardens and orchards may also be available depending on the season (peach blossoms, plum blossoms, apricot flowers, tea blossoms, fruit season). The guide will lead you to the best spot at the time of travel. Continue toward Bac Yen, a quiet mountain town tucked between forested hills. Enjoy the shifting scenery as tea hills fade into rugged peaks. Arrive in Bac Yen, check into your hotel or guesthouse, and relax. Savor a warm evening meal, then enjoy free time — stroll local streets, have tea or herbal drinks, and breathe in cool mountain air. Day 2: Cloud Kingdom: Ta Xua to Hanoi Check out early and drive toward the legendary Ta Xua range — known as one of Vietnam’s best cloud-hunting destinations. Have breakfast at a local eatery before heading to Hang Dong ridge, also called the “Dinosaur Spine”. Here, thin cliffs cut across the sky, with deep valleys below. On clear, still mornings, clouds pool beneath your feet like a floating ocean — a sight photographers wake up early for. Make scenic stops and experiences (flexible with time and conditions) at Wind Peak viewpoint, sea-of-cloud lookouts, the “Lonely tree” photography spot, and the “Dolphin’s nose” rock ledge. Stop for coffee at a mountainside café (self-paid). For the adventurous, your guide can help arrange a xe ôm ride (local motorbike driver, self-paid) to reach rugged viewpoints. Have lunch at a local restaurant in the Ta Xua or Bac Yen area. In the afternoon, return toward Hanoi. Stop in Thanh Son (Phu Tho) for local specialties like fermented pork (nem chua, nem phùng) and mountain produce as gifts. Arrive back in Hanoi Old Quarter, full of cloud-chasing memories and highland magic.
