Description

Explore Northern Vietnam on a guided 3-day boat trip from Hanoi with transportation, accommodation, and meals included. Cruise around Ha Long Bay, venture into the caves in Ninh Binh, and visit the Unesco-certified Trang An. Enjoy local cuisine, swim, kayak, and ride a bamboo boat. Day 1: Hanoi - Ninh Binh (lunch included) After pickup and meeting your guide, depart to Ninh Binh province by limousine. Arrive in Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam from 968 to 1010, and visit the temple of King Dinh and King Le to learn more about Vietnamese history under the Dinh, Le and Ly dynasties. Next, enjoy a buffet lunch of local specialties in a private area of a Vietnamese restaurant (vegetarian options are available). Continue to Trang An, a Unesco World Heritage Site. Join a 2-hour boat ride to enjoy the beauty of this place that appears in the film 'Kong: Skull Island.' Afterward, hop on a bicycle to ride around the village and discover daily life here. Later, visit the Mua Cave. From the foot of the mountain, you can climb 500 steps to reach the mountain's peak to enjoy views of the city and Tam Coc below. At the end of the day, check into your room in Ninh Binh at a Lotus hotel. You can spend more time cycling independently around the village before having dinner. Day 2: Ninh Binh - Halong Bay - Lan Ha Bay (breakfast, lunch, and dinner included) Have breakfast before riding the limousine to Ha Long Bay. At Tuan Chau Harbor, savor a welcome drink and check into your cabin on board the boat. Lunch will be served as you set sail into Ha Long Bay. At Tra Bau Village, explore on land, then head to Ba Trai Dao Island, where you can choose to swim or take a small boat to visit a village called Tra Bau. If you choose to visit Tra Bau, you can join a kayaking experience to see more of the 'Kong; Skull Island' filming locations. As the sun sets, have a sunset party on the boat and cooking class time. Sip on drinks during happy hour, then fill your stomach with dinner onboard. Relax in your cabin the rest of the night, or join nighttime activities like squid fishing, watching movies, singing karaoke (free acitivies). Day 3: Lan Ha Bay - Ha Long Bay - Hanoi (breakfast and lunch included) Enjoy a light breakfast while enjoying the morning air, then set out to explore Lan Ha Bay. Visit the Dark and Bright Cave. Experience bamboo boating or kayaking to discover the true beauty of the Limestone Mountains of Lan Ha Bay. Check out of your room back on the boat, then unwind during brunch. Disembark at Tuan Chau Port, then get picked up by the limousine for your transfer back to Hanoi.

The last day's ending time is around 4:00 p.m in Hanoi Center. You can also finish your trip in the Tuan Chau - Ha Long if you don't want to come back Hanoi.
